The 2019 Peregian fires on the Sunshine Coast heralded the beginning of Australia’s most destructive fire season on record. Wildfire explores the physical toll of fighting a fire and the dedication to community that defines what it means to be a volunteer, but also what it means to be the family that watches on from home.

I co-produced and co-wrote Wildfire alongside Frances Wilson. We used groundbreaking new Virtual Production technology to bring to life the harrowing experience of being inside a bushfire.
