Murphy’s Law started as an idea in the shower one morning. A few months later, after two months spent tirelessly writing, filming and editing, Murphy’s Law - my directorial and writing debut, was finished. A comedic short film, Murphy’s Law follows the story of Gavin and Dave, two university flatmates who think that they’ve acquired powers of causality; when they ‘knock on wood’ for something to happen – it happens, but not in the way they’d expect.
